Refund policy

We offer full refunds when you cancel at least 3 days before the event. If a later dinner already exists, you can move your ticket there instead — and if that dinner is not published yet, we hold the ticket and book you automatically when it is announced. Cancellations less than 3 days before the event are not refundable, but you can still cancel so the host and table know your seat is available. Refund eligibility is based solely on cancellation timing: once inside this non-refundable window, your fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you attend, including on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with the dining experience.
